GDPR

General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, is a European data protection regulation that regulates the processing of personal data.

It replaced the Swedish Personal Data Act 2018. A basic principle is that personal data may only be processed in a legal, correct and transparent manner in relation to the data subject.

General information about our handling of your personal data

We save your personal data as long as you are a member of the art association. The data is used to be able to send you information such as invitations to openings, lectures, meetings and trips. The information is also the basis for your participation in the art association's lottery.

What kind of data do we collect?

When you sign up for membership or purchase a program activity, we collect basic information such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and payment method. We do not store credit card data.

How do we collect information?

We only collect information that you provide in various registration forms and anonymized data such as browser type, operating system and language settings.

How do we use the information?

We do not disclose your data to third parties. We may, however, use your personal data to make mailings from our partners or actors in the field of art with information that is relevant to you as a member of an art association, such as exhibitions, offers and invitations.

Statistical data is used to improve and develop our business.

Your rights under the GDPR

Consent is voluntary and can always be revoked. You always have the right to have your personal data corrected or deleted. You also have the right to receive a register extract with the data we have stored about you.
